1. Delivery terms
Ara Karar is a digital platform, and the services it offers are delivered instantly in electronic form.
- Delivery method: The purchased subscription or plan is automatically added to the user's account as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Access: Users can access the service instantly by signing in with their registered email and password.
- Additional fees: Since delivery is digital, there are no shipping or physical delivery fees.
2. Cancellation and refund conditions
Under consumer rights and the applicable legislation, refunds for digital content and instantly provided services are subject to specific rules.
Scope of digital content: The decision search, semantic search, and document conversion services provided by Ara Karar fall within the scope of "services performed instantly in electronic form."
Right of withdrawal exception: Pursuant to subparagraph (ğ) of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for "contracts concerning services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer."
3. Subscription cancellation
The BUYER may cancel their subscription for the next period at any time. When the cancellation is completed:
- Access to all features continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Automatic renewal stops at the end of the period, and no new charge is made to the card.
- No refunds are given for past usage periods.
4. Technical issues
In the event of a persistent technical issue caused by the system that prevents use of the service for more than 24 hours, at the BUYER's request the unusable period is added to the subscription free of charge, or a partial refund is considered on an equitable basis.
