Court fee and cost advance calculator
When filing a lawsuit whose subject can be measured in money, two fees are paid up front: the filing fee, a fixed amount that depends on the court, and the advance fee, which is one quarter of the proportional decision and judgment fee. A cost advance for service of process costs is added to these. The remainder of the decision and judgment fee is paid at the end of the case, together with the judgment.
Tariff used
- In lawsuits whose subject cannot be measured in money, the decision and judgment fee is a fixed amount; this calculation is for the proportional fee.
- Under Fees Law No. 492 m.28, the advance fee is one quarter of the proportional decision and judgment fee; in compensation lawsuits for death and bodily injury, it is one twentieth.

- If a legal aid request is granted, fees are not collected.
