Sentence enforcement period and conditional release date calculator

With a fixed-term prison sentence, the convict must serve a certain portion of the sentence in a penal institution to benefit from conditional release: half for ordinary offenses, and three quarters for the serious offenses listed in Article 107 of Law No. 5275. For life imprisonment and aggravated life imprisonment, the uninterrupted period set out in the law applies instead of a ratio.

  • Kasten öldürme, cinsel dokunulmazlığa karşı suçlar, uyuşturucu ticareti, terör ve örgütlü suçlarda oran (cezanın dörtte üçü): %75
  • Müebbet hapiste infaz kurumunda geçirilecek süre: 24 years
  • Ağırlaştırılmış müebbet hapiste infaz kurumunda geçirilecek süre: 30 years
